Check-in: It is done from 16h.

Caravanning and camping

Check-in: There is no time limit for entries, these can be made at any time even at night.
Check-out: Until 12h and possibility to stay in the park until 15h.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations are confirmed by prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the stay, by bank transfer, credit card or postal order; the remaining 50% is payable upon check-in.
  • The reservation signal must be paid within 7 (seven) business days after the date of reservation. After this deadline the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Terms and Conditions

Vale Paraíso NaturPark practices Pre-Payment all year round.
In the accommodation reservations the price for maximum occupancy of beds / rooms is applied throughout the year, and it may be considered a supplement for extra person / night, to be accommodated in the room, when this is possible.

Individual Booking:
At the time of booking, 50% of the stay must be paid, and at the check-in the payment of the remaining 50% will be made;
Non-refundable rate: 100% upon reservation.

Pre Reservation:
Acceptance of requests for provisional reservations. For guarantee of reservation is obligatory the payment of a signal in the value of 50%. The reservation signal must be paid within a maximum period of five (5) days after the date of acceptance of the request. If payment has not expired, the request may be canceled.
Early booking for high season accommodation or special periods may be subject to a minimum number of nights.

Cancellations and Penalty on the Sign:
In case of cancellation with request for a refund (in writing), Vale Paraíso reserves the right to withhold at least 20% as expenses.

Up to 30 days before – 20% penalty of the signal.
Up to 10 days before – 50% penalty of the signal.
9 days before or on the day itself – 100% penalty of the signal.
Up to 15 days before in high season (June 15 to September 30) or reservations for festivities 100% penalty of the signal

Non-refundable rate:
There is no refund of the amount paid (100%) in case of cancellation or no-show.

There is no right to return the deposit.

Early departure:
No refund of the payment of the stay (See Reuse Policies)


Vale Paraíso reserves the right of non-refund of stays with early departure, but may by agreement with the client suggest dates where you can enjoy the stay up to the maximum value of 50% of the differential value.

General Conditions for Animals
In the park dogs are allowed only of non-dangerous breeds.
Races that are not allowed are all those that are referred to in (Dec. Law nº 312/2003, of December 17th).
The Park does not allow access to dangerous breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Dog of Fila Brasileiro, Dogue Argentino, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Tosa Inu.
Dogs should always remain on a leash.

Vale Paraiso S.A. uses third party subcontractors that collaborate with us to treat the data within the limits strictly related to the management of reserves and respective invoicing as well as management of digital platforms.

In cases where transmission to subcontractors takes place, the obligations of the legislation in force will be rigorously fulfilled and the necessary efforts will be made to ensure that they use the personal data in the appropriate way.

The transmission of the information occurs only for the purposes above justified or by legal imposition. It can not be performed in any other situation outside the context for the benefit of third parties.

In order to guarantee the security of the user’s information Vale Paraíso S.A. treats it with confidentiality, in accordance with the internal policies and procedures for the protection of personal data, which are updated periodically according to the needs.
