Can I receive guests during my stay?

Of course you can, we have visitor rates for those people who want to visit you during your stay. The prices per person are: Low Season 7.50€, Mid Season 10.50€ and High Season 13.50€, with swimming pool access (when it is open) and one car included in the price. Babies under 2 go free of charge.

Can I have a barbecue on the site?

Only with coal, no fires are allowed. They can be hired from reception at an additional cost.

Are dogs allowed?

We are a Pet Friendly camping resort, your cats and dogs are more than welcome at our facilities upon request, this applies for both the campsites and various other types of accommodation we offer. The only exception is that we do not accept breeds of dog that are deemed as dangerous. We have a special area where you can wash your pet.

Do you have medical care available?

Are there any menu options for those people who suffer from food allergies?

Of course! At our restaurant we adapt to whatever dietary requirements you may have. Just tell us what you need, and we'll do our best to make sure we offer you the best possible option.

How much do I have to pay for the deposit?

For Bungalow, Apartment, Glamping or Mobile Home reservations, a deposit of 150€ will be requested as a guarantee. The deposit shall be returned when you check out, as long as there are no defects or damages identified during the final clean of the accommodation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Vale Paraiso NaturPark has an advance payment policy all year round. When you reserve your accommodation, a price is applied for the maximum occupancy of beds/rooms throughout the year, and a per person per night additional fee shall be applied for the person/night stayed in the room. Individual Reservations: At the time of booking 50% of the stay shall be charged, with the remaining 50% charged on the bill; Non-refundable rate: 100% once the reservation is made Advance reservation: Provisional reservations are accepted. To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 50% needs to be paid. The reservation deposit must be paid within a maximum period of 5 (five) days as of the date on which the request is accepted. If no payment is made by this date, the request may be cancelled. Advance accommodation reservations during high season or special dates may be subject to a minimum number of nights.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in for Apartments, Chalets and Bungalows : From 15:00. Caravanning and camping: Check in: There are no time restrictions for the check-in, you can arrive at any time, even at night time. Check-out: Up to 12:00 with the option of staying on the site until 15:00.

Is there children's entertainment?

Yes, in addition to our Kids Club and special child friendly areas, we have entertainment for youngsters aged 3 to 17. Our wonderful entertainment team is in charge of this, and their mission is to ensure that all the children in the resort have the best holiday of their life. This entertainment is available over Easter and from 21st June to 15th September. Check with the campsite to find out which other days the entertainment is available.

Who is responsible for the housekeeping?

When it comes to housekeeping, you don't need to worry, because our housekeeping team will take care of everything. You'll find our accommodation totally clean for your arrival. You don't need to clean your accommodation before your check-out, we'll take care of that. If you want us to clean your accommodation during your stay, just let us know at reception and we can provide you with that service at a reasonable price.

What time do I need to check-out from the apartment?

The check-out for Apartments, Bungalows, Mobile Homes and Glamping is at 12:00.

Do the apartments come with bed sheets and towels?

Yes, they are fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Even better, when you arrive on your first day the beds will be made for you. You'll be tired from travelling so why should you have to make them? We'll do it for you!

Do the buildings have lift access?

No. Lifts are not necessary as all the buildings are at street level or with easy access.

Do I have to pay for the sheets and towels separately?

No. These are included in the price.

Can I reserve a Pitch for the whole season?

No, but we do offer renewable 6 month contracts so you can enjoy our facilities as much as you want.

Is there water and electricity in the campsites?

Yes, all the campsites are fully equipped with everything you need.

What type of electrical connection do the campsites have?

Can I rent a fridge?

Yes, a fridge can be rented at an additional cost from reception.
